When crowdlending platforms began operating in Argentina, the public conversation around them was dominated by promotional materials from the platforms themselves. There was very little neutral ground. Interested people had to navigate marketing language to find factual information.
Numerovix was founded in 2021 with a specific purpose: to create a space where anyone — regardless of financial background — could understand the mechanics of collective real estate financing without being sold something at the same time.
The team behind this platform had been watching the sector develop for several years. What struck them was not the complexity of the structures themselves, but the absence of plain-language explanations that put people first.
